We lead and co-lead single asset continuation funds, enabling a general partner to retain a high-conviction asset beyond the life of its fund while offering existing limited partners the choice to receive liquidity or reinvest alongside new capital.
Fund restructurings & recapitalizations
Liquidity for mature funds.
We provide liquidity and capital solutions to funds that have reached the end of their term or require additional capital to maximize value, including tender offers, recapitalizations, capital injections and asset carve-outs.
Structured capital
Capital shaped to the situation.
We structure preferred equity, debt and hybrid financings, as well as earn-outs, deferred consideration, options and joint ventures.
Direct asset purchases
Clean-up and wind-down solutions.
We acquire the remaining assets of funds in wind-down, from stub portfolios to individual positions, and provide preferred financing or capital injections to support the assets through realization.
